Check-in preferred between 3:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Reservations are firm only after we confirm space is available for
you.
Cancellation Clause:
Full credit is given when cancellation is two weeks prior to scheduled
visit, 50% credit with
one-week notice, and no credit if less than one week.
Easy Directions:
From I-77 and I-71 Northbound and I-90 Eastbound
Follow I-90 Eastbound skirting downtown.
Exit Carnegie Avenue and follow to right.
At first traffic light—East 30th Street, turn left.
At first traffic light, turn right onto Prospect Avenue.
Follow to 3600 block—B&B on left, north side.
Park on the street—Note signage on both sides for “times”.
Come to the peacock blue double doors and ring the bell!
From I-90 Westbound or
Shoreway/Route 2 Eastbound.
Pick-up I-90 Westbound going South (Dead man’s Curve).
Follow to Prospect Avenue Exit—turn left onto Prospect.
Follow to 3600 block—B&B on left, north side.
Park on the street—Note signage on both sides for “times”.
Come to the peacock blue double doors and ring the bell!

quirky but charming inn is a good choice for independent,
budget-minded travelers (and well-behaved children) who like a little
personality in their
lodgings. The two attractively furnished front rooms are best.
Facilities include a shared kitchenette with microwave and free
snacks. Located between Public Square and University Circle, the

is convenient to all major attractions.
